Executive and business coaching

To move faster, more effectively, and further.

For more than ten years, I have worked alongside executives, entrepreneurs, business buyers, and leadership teams. Before that, I spent over two decades making high-stakes decisions in environments where uncertainty was constant and consequences were real—as a portfolio manager, fixed-income desk head, chief strategist, Chief Investment Officer, entrepreneur, business buyer, and CEO.

That dual perspective—as both coach and business practitioner—changes the nature of the conversation. My clients don’t hire me simply because I coach. They work with me because I understand what they are living through.

See clearly. Decide confidently. Execute with greater precision.

My role is to help you see what you cannot see, clarify what truly matters, and remove what is holding execution back. You already have most of the answers. What you need is a structured space to uncover them—and someone who knows which questions to ask at the right moment.

In practical terms, I bring perspective gained from decades of experience, structure that transforms reflection into action, distance from the day-to-day so you can regain clarity, and candor that few people around you are in a position to offer.

My approach combines the strategic discipline of institutional finance, the practical realities of entrepreneurship, and years of coaching leaders through critical decisions and organizational change.

A coach doesn't run the race for you.

A coach helps you run yours better.

"You only need a coach if you want to move faster and become more effective. Olympic athletes have coaches because they want to push beyond their limits."

That simple idea explains why my clients come to me. Not because they are struggling—but because they want to go further than they could on their own, and get there faster. The same principle applies to the world’s highest-performing leaders.

Why work with me

Many coaches understand people. Many financiers understand numbers. Few have spent three decades mastering both.

I’ve managed institutional portfolios, led investment teams, founded and acquired businesses, and served as CEO. When you bring me a complex financial decision, a governance issue, a leadership challenge, or a critical strategic choice, I don’t need a briefing—I have lived it.

That’s what my clients value most: a trusted advisor who understands both the executive table and the financial dashboard, and who brings the experience to challenge ideas, clarify priorities, and improve execution.
